While inheriting Sanyo's and Panasonic's proven techn-
ologies , Alphavita devotes itself to 4 categories of
products:sample preservation product ,sterilization pro-
duct, cell culture product and lab environment equipm-
ent , aiming to improve enterprise competitiveness and
user-friendliness on a digital and intelligent basis.

On the strength of Panasonic's business operation in
China for more than 50 years , Alphavita will inherit
and continue Sanyo's and Panasonic's concept and tec-
hnology . With "To Protect Life with Bio-science" as our
mission, Alphavita will keep challenging , making break-
throughs and contributions to the development of life
science in China and the whole world.

Jul. Brand name was officially changed from Panasonic to Alphavita.
Mar. Launched -90℃ ULT freezer (dual cooling system) and liquid nitrogen storage container (14-day
refilling period), which set new industry standards.

"Alphavita" was officially launched, meaning Alphavita's expansion to life science,and established
overseas sales BD to enter overseas market.

Obtained the ISO13485 certificate(TUV).

Oct.

Alphavita signed the strategic cooperation agreement with Japan’s Biomedica Solution Inc.;
hired the world-famous expert in living-donor liver transplantation, former Director of Kyoto
University Hospital—Dr. Tanaka Koyichi, as our special consultant in cell therapy Sept.
Alphavita signed cooperation agreements with national testing organizations and participated
in the development of industry standards.

· Alphavita Bio-scientific (Dalian) Co., Ltd. was established and completed the integration with
Panasonic's Biomedical Business Division the same year; Alphavita started to independently run
Panasonic's former biomedical business.

· Partial business was sold because of adjustment of Panasonic's biomedical business, making
Panasonic Appliance Cold Chain (Dalian) Co., Ltd. the sole enterprise to run Panasonic's
biomedical business in China.

· Panasonic acquired Sanyo Electric; brand name changed from Sanyo to Panasonic.

· Renamed as Panasonic Appliance Cold Chain (Dalian) Co., Ltd. from former Sanyo Appliance Cold
Chain (Dalian) Co., Ltd.

· First ULT freezer——MDF-382E(CN) was produced.

· As the biomedical production base of Sanyo Electric in China, Sanyo Appliance Cold Chain (Dalian)
Co., Ltd. came into production and established its biomedical business division and R&D Center the
same year. Sanyo Appliance Cold Chain (Dalian) Co., Ltd. was established.

· Sanyo Appliance Cold Chain (Dalian) Co., Ltd. was established.
· Sanyo Electric started biomedical business and launched its first medical pharmaceutical refrigerator.
